So we plan backwards from the moment you need to be operational. Floor plans get colour-coded and every workstation gets a matching label, so nothing is sorted twice. IT comes down last and goes up first. Most of our office moves happen between Friday evening and Sunday afternoon, and the client walks in Monday to a working desk.
We hold experience with hospital and government contract relocations, which means we can work inside procurement requirements, insurance thresholds and background-check policies that trip up smaller crews.

We walk both floors with your facilities lead, map access, and confirm the freight elevator and dock windows.
Colour-coded floor plan, labelled inventory, phased schedule and a written flat quote.
After hours or over a weekend. IT down last, up first. Supervisor on site the whole time.
A crew stays on call your first morning back for the desks and monitors that always need moving twice.

That is how most of our commercial work runs. Load Friday evening, place and rebuild Saturday, IT and snagging Sunday, staff back Monday. Weekend and overnight scheduling carries no premium in our flat quote.
Yes — decommission, anti-static transport and recommission. We coordinate directly with your IT provider or MSP so the shutdown and boot sequence is theirs, not ours. Servers, switches and racks travel in dedicated padded transport.
Yes, naming your landlord, building manager or both as additional insured, usually within one business day. Most Class A buildings in Brickell and Downtown will not release a freight elevator without one, so send us the requirements as soon as you have them.
We remove it. Serviceable furniture can be donated with a receipt for your books, e-waste goes to a certified recycler, and the rest is disposed of. It is quoted as part of the same flat fee.
