We run local moves across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach every day — Brickell towers, Grove bungalows, Gables estates, Doral townhomes. Crews know which buildings need a certificate of insurance, which garages a 26-foot box truck cannot clear, and which streets you cannot park a truck on after 8am.
The sequence
Video walkthrough or on-site, usually same day. We count rooms, note stairs and check truck access.

Most local moves are quoted flat, built from crew size, truck count and estimated hours. A one-bedroom apartment inside Miami-Dade generally runs $450–$750, a two-bedroom $600–$1,200, and a three- to four-bedroom house $1,200–$2,800 depending on stairs, elevator access and how much packing you want us to do. The written quote is the number you pay.
Two to three weeks is comfortable. The first and last three days of any month are the busiest in Miami because most leases turn over then — if your date falls in that window, book earlier. That said, we hold reserve crews daily and can often move you same-day.
No. Stairs, elevator waits and long carries are priced into the flat quote up front, which is why the survey matters. What we will not do is discover a third-floor walk-up on moving day and hand you a revised bill.
