Send us your building’s move-in packet and our office handles the submission, the insurance certificate and the elevator booking directly with management. Most clients never speak to the front desk about it.
On the day: corridor runners, elevator pads, doorjamb protection, and a crew that knows a $40,000 sofa gets crated, not shrink-wrapped.
The sequence
Send us the move-in packet. We read the rules, submit the paperwork and book the elevator.
COI issued naming the association, management company and owner as required. Usually 24 hours.
Lobby and corridor runners, elevator pads, jamb guards. Art and mirrors crated on site.
Placed, assembled, boxes unpacked and every scrap of debris removed the same day.

Buildings like Icon Brickell, Jade, Porsche Design Tower and Grove at Grand Bay all have different requirements and we work inside them regularly.
Usually within one business day, naming whichever entities the association requires. If your building needs unusually high limits, tell us early — raising a limit takes longer than issuing a certificate.
High-value pieces get custom-built wooden crates rather than blankets. Mirrors and glass tabletops are cut-crated on site, chandeliers are removed by our specialty crew, and upholstered designer pieces get moisture barrier plus blanket plus corner armour. Anything above a value threshold you set is photographed before and after.
Yes, in temperature-controlled transport, and we can coordinate cellar reinstallation. Miami heat will cook a collection in an unconditioned truck in under an hour, so this is not an upsell — it is the only correct way to do it.
Most associations cap moves to weekday business hours, and we schedule around that. Where a building does allow evening or weekend slots, we will take them at no premium.
