What we handle
Almost every breakage claim in this industry traces back to a badly packed box, not a dropped one. Dishes packed flat instead of on edge. A half-full carton with room to shift. Books in a large box that splits at the seam.
Our packers do this daily and the materials are included in the quote — you are not billed per roll of tape at the end. A full pack for a two-bedroom typically takes one day with a three-person crew, the day before the truck comes.
Need to store? Our facility is climate-controlled, which in South Florida is not a luxury: an unconditioned unit here will warp wood, delaminate veneer and grow mould on upholstery inside a summer. Storage in transit between a sale and a closing is common for us and priced by the month with no minimum term.
The sequence
We decide together what you pack and what we pack. Fragiles-only is a popular middle ground.
Boxes, dish barrels, wardrobe boxes, paper and wrap all arrive with the crew. Included.
Room by room, labelled by destination room, inventoried as it closes. Usually the day before load.
We unpack and haul every box and scrap away same day — or it goes into climate-controlled storage.

Packing is quoted flat alongside the move. A fragiles-only pack for a two-bedroom typically runs $300–$600; a full pack $900–$2,000 including all materials. Full packs for larger homes scale from there. Materials are never billed separately after the fact.
Yes, and they are included when we pack. If you would rather pack yourself we can drop materials ahead of time — standard cartons, dish barrels, wardrobe boxes, paper and tape — and you only pay for what you use.
Yes. In South Florida that matters more than almost anywhere in the country. Ambient humidity in a non-conditioned unit will warp solid wood, lift veneer and grow mould on upholstery and mattresses within a single summer. Our facility holds temperature and humidity year-round.
That is storage in transit and we do it constantly — South Florida closings slip. Your shipment stays inventoried and palletised, and we redeliver on your new date. Billed monthly with no minimum term.
Yes, with a specialty crew and proper rigging rather than the standard team. Uprights, baby grands and full grands (dismantled and crated), gun safes, aquariums and pool tables. Tell us the make and where it sits when you request a quote so we assign the right crew and equipment.
