Privacy Policy & SMS Terms
What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to make us stop.
This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or use our website, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to make us stop. It also sets out the terms of our text messaging program.

1. Who we are
Scoreunion LLC, doing business as Rushmore Movers (“we,” “us,” “our”), is a Florida limited liability company operating a licensed moving company under USDOT 3332401. Our address is 2140 S Dixie Hwy, Suite 301C, Miami, FL 33133. You can reach us at (305) 244-1840 or yourbestmove@rushmoremovers.com.
This policy covers https://rushmoremovers.com/ and any quote request, phone call, text message or move you book with us.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — name, mobile number, email address.
- Move details — origin and destination addresses and ZIP codes, property type, home or office size, target move date, inventory, access notes such as stairs, elevator windows or gate codes.
- Correspondence — anything you tell us by phone, text, email or through a form on this site.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed, time on page, and the referring site or advertisement.
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in section 7.
Information from others
If you reach us through a referral partner, an advertising platform, or a directory such as Google or Yelp, we may receive your contact details and enquiry from them.
3. Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you a written quote.
- To schedule, staff and carry out your move.
- To contact you about your booking, crew arrival, delays or changes.
- To take payment and keep required business records.
- To handle claims, disputes and insurance matters.
- To meet obligations under federal and Florida transportation regulations.
- To improve our website and measure which advertising actually works.
- To send service updates and, where you have agreed, occasional offers.
4. Text messaging program (SMS)
Consent. By providing your mobile number and ticking the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Rush More Movers relating to scheduling updates, service-related information, and account notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can book a move without agreeing to texts.
Message types. Quote confirmations, crew arrival windows, scheduling changes, day-of-move updates, payment reminders, and post-move follow-up.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with the stage of your move. Most customers receive between two and ten messages per booking.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
Opting out. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message from us and we will stop. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You may also email yourbestmove@rushmoremovers.com and ask to be removed.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, email yourbestmove@rushmoremovers.com, or call (305) 244-1840.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers or devices support all message types.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, be the subscriber or authorised user of the mobile number you provide, and notify us before that number changes hands.
We do not share your mobile opt-in consent or your phone number with any third party for their own marketing. Mobile information collected for SMS is used only to deliver the messages described above and is never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Our crews and coordinators — the people carrying out your move.
- Service providers acting on our behalf — scheduling and CRM software, messaging and email providers, payment processors, and storage facilities where your goods are held. They may use your information only to perform work for us.
- Professional advisers — accountants, lawyers and insurers, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- A successor — if the business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
6. How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to a completed move are kept for at least seven years, as required for tax, insurance and transportation record-keeping. You may ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how the site is used, and measure advertising performance. This may include Google Analytics and advertising pixels operated by Google and Meta.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of targeted advertising.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of form submissions and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
- Texts — reply STOP at any time.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Calls — tell any of our staff to place you on our internal do-not-call list.

California residents. Under the CCPA and CPRA you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Division of Consumer Services, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
